Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Executive to join our Gurugram operations. This role is field-based and involves property inspections, client coordination, and on-ground support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site visits and property inspections
Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and property owners
Collect documentation and update internal systems
Report property conditions with photos/videos
Handle basic maintenance coordination and field tasks

Candidate Requirements

Must be based in or near Gurugram
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
0–2 years of experience in a similar field role preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
Ability to use a smartphone (Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.)
Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
