Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of our ecommerce operations.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for ecommerce teams, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs for ecommerce employees, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance ecommerce team skills and performance.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Foster a positive work culture that aligns with the company's values and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
