Job Title: Sr BDE/ Business Development Executive / BDM - Cloud Computing/IT

Job Summary:

Core5 Systems and Services Private Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1-5 years of experience in the Cloud Computing/IT sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our cloud computing and IT solutions. This role demands a thorough understanding of cloud technologies, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cloud computing and IT services domain.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential client organizations.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Understand client needs and present tailored cloud and IT solutions that address their challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on market demands.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and plans for management review.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Cloud Computing/IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and IT solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with selling cloud services such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Ability to handle complex sales cycles and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
