Job Title: Sr BDE/ Business Development Executive / BDM - Cloud Computing/IT

Job Summary:
Core5 Systems and Services Private Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1-5 years of experience in the Cloud Computing/IT sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our cloud computing and IT solutions. This role demands a thorough understanding of cloud technologies, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cloud computing and IT services domain.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Client Engagement:
- Understand client needs and present tailored cloud and IT solutions that address their challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and new business opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on market demands.
- Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and plans for management review.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Cloud Computing/IT sector.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and IT solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with selling cloud services such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to handle complex sales cycles and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
