Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth in our online presence. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and creative, to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple online channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and more.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns from conception to analysis. Ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI.

Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns. Make recommendations for improvements based on performance metrics.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring their professional growth while aligning their efforts with the company’s overall marketing goals.

Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with brand messaging and deliver high-quality content.

Budget Management: Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and effective cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
Experience in the health & wellness industry is a plus.
