Digital Marketing Executive (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Location: In-person
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 3–6 months (internships/freshers with strong interest welcome)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and managing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
Support Meta Ads campaigns via Facebook & Instagram using Meta Business Suite.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization suggestions.
Collaborate on ad creative testing to improve CTR and conversions.
Report key metrics like ROAS, CPC, ACoS, and CTR.
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates.

What We're Looking For

3 - 6 months of experience in Google Ads or Meta Ads (internships count!)
OR strong foundational knowledge with a demonstrated eagerness to learn.
Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager is a plus.
Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and tracking.
Analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data.
Good communication skills and a proactive, growth-focused attitude.
