Full job description
As an SEO trainer, you'll guide individuals and teams in understanding and applying SEO principles to improve online visibility and drive traffic. This role involves teaching SEO concepts, tools, and strategies, as well as providing practical training and mentorship to enhance SEO skills. Key Responsibilities of an SEO Trainer:
- Curriculum Development and Delivery:
- Create and deliver engaging SEO training programs, covering topics like keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, technical SEO, and SEO analytics.
- Adapt training materials to suit different learning styles and skill levels.
- Use various teaching methods, including presentations, case studies, hands-on exercises, and simulations.
- Mentorship and Coaching:
- Provide individual and group coaching to trainees, offering guidance and feedback on their SEO projects and strategies.
- Help trainees identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop personalized learning plans.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Evaluate trainee performance through quizzes, projects, and other assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees, helping them to develop their SEO skills and knowledge.
- Industry Knowledge and Networking:
- Maintain a strong understanding of the SEO landscape, including search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.
- Network with other SEO professionals and industry experts to stay informed and share knowledge.
- Tools and Technologies:
- Proficiency in using various SEO tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
- Ability to demonstrate how to use these tools effectively in training sessions.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with trainees and other stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with other team members to develop and deliver training programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong SEO Knowledge and Experience:Proven experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Teaching and Training Skills:Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs, with a passion for sharing knowledge and helping others learn.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with trainees and other stakeholders.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in using various SEO tools and technologies.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to adapt to different learning styles and skill levels, and to solve problems effectively.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
