About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our India team. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates who are digitally savvy and eager to start a career in business development and marketing within a global consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage prospect lists using digital tools and platforms.
Write blogs and support content creation aligned with Kendra’s services.
Grow and manage our presence on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other channels.
Support the planning and production of podcasts.
Assist in email marketing campaigns and performance tracking.
Follow up with leads and maintain communication via email, CRM, and LinkedIn.
Keep the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive) updated with lead and activity data.
Generate regular reports and assist with KPI tracking.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Manager on campaign execution and reporting.
