About Us:

The Smiles Dentacare is a dental company providing top-quality dental services to childcare centers, schools, and aged care facilities across Australia. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our social media presence, manage Google reviews, and create engaging marketing campaigns to drive more sign-ups for our services.

Role & Responsibilities:

Strengthen our online presence through strategic digital marketing efforts.
Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor and improve Google reviews to boost our reputation.
Design and distribute leaflets and promotional materials for childcare centers, schools, and aged care facilities.
Optimize website content and SEO to increase organic traffic.
Create and run effective ad campaigns on Google Ads & social media.
Track and analyze marketing data and performance metrics to refine strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
Experience in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
Ability to create high-quality marketing materials for print and digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize marketing performance.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Must be available to work 9 AM - 5 PM (Australian Standard Time).
