Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist – Google & Meta Ads (Full-Time)

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong track record of running high-budget Google and Meta advertising campaigns. If you’re passionate about data-driven strategies, testing, optimizing funnels, and scaling results—this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:
Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube
Meta Ads Manager: Facebook & Instagram
Conduct audience & keyword research, competitor analysis, and build high-converting sales funnels
Collaborate with our design team to create engaging ad creatives and copy
A/B test ad variations to optimize performance and improve key metrics
Track and report on performance KPIs: CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates
Set up and manage tracking tools: GA4, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion APIs
Work cross-functionally with internal design, content, and development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

What You Bring:

2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google and Meta ad campaigns
Deep understanding of media buying, audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization
Proven ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
Experience with pixel installation, event tracking, and conversion measurement tools
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team
