Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of Meta Ads
(Instagram + Facebook), Google Ads, and CRM retargeting using Email & WhatsApp. The ideal candidate also has
basic digital marketing knowledge beyond ads including audience research, funnel planning, attribution, and
reporting. You will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable ROAS,
lead generation, and revenue, while contributing to the broader digital marketing roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Management: Run performance campaigns on Instagram Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook) and
Google Ads, focusing on retargeting, lead generation, and conversion optimization
Ad Optimization: Monitor daily performance metrics like CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates, and implement
real-time changes to improve results.
Full-Funnel Mapping: Map the journey from impression, engagement, click, lead, conversion rate, gross sale, net profit,
return ROAS. Optimize each stage of the funnel based on drop-off and ROI.
Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with designers and copywriters to launch high-converting creatives. Analyze what
works and what needs to be changed.
WhatsApp + Email Retargeting: Coordinate with CRM and automation teams to push email drips and WhatsApp messages
based on ad behavior.
Reports & Insights: Build weekly dashboards for performance breakdown and actionable insights using Excel, Meta
Insights, or GA4.
Advanced ROAS Tracking: Know how to calculate net profit ROAS, not just ad platform-reported numbers. Attribute actual
sales or lead conversions post-click using GA4/UTM/call logs.
Data Intelligence + Reporting: Analyze CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, AOV, CAC. Identify winning creatives, landing pages, and
bidding approaches.
Sales-Driven Strategy: Build ad funnels and retargeting flows to drive online sales, upsells, and customer reactivation.
