Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager (4–6 Years Experience)

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon

About the Role

We are seeking a performance-driven marketer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in running ROI-focused campaigns across Meta and Google ecosystems. This role demands strategic thinking, deep platform knowledge, and the agility to work with small brands and lean budgets to drive maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms with a strong focus on ROAS and performance KPIs.
  • Derive actionable insights from campaign data and platform analytics to guide optimization and reporting.
  • Translate consumer behaviour insights across categories into meaningful campaign structures, ad creatives, and messaging strategies.
  • Work with limited media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, experimentation, and scaling based on performance.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, and brand teams to ensure ads are relevant and contextual to the audience journey.
  • Build weekly/monthly performance reports with recommendations, experiments, and performance mapping.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for D2C, early-stage, or challenger brands.
  • Proficiency in running and optimizing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign types, bidding strategies, and attribution.
  • Strong grasp of Google Analytics, GA4, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to interpret consumer journeys and digital behaviour and apply them to funnel-based marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving strong ROAS with limited or modest media budgets.
  • Experience with A/B testing, creative experimentation, and landing page optimization is a plus.
