About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Intern who’s curious, analytical, and excited to work behind the scenes of a high-performing marketing team. You’ll assist in identifying and qualifying leads using multiple platforms and providers to support our outreach and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads in sectors like eCommerce, FinTech, SaaS, and EdTech
- Use tools and lead providers (e.g., Apollo, ContactOut, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases) to build accurate and targeted lead lists
- Enrich leads with relevant information (decision-makers, email IDs, roles, website links, etc.)
- Maintain lead data in Google Sheets or CRM with precision
- Collaborate with the campaign team to personalize outreach based on the company background
- Share weekly reports on volume, quality, and observations
Who You Are
- A student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Comfortable using online tools, doing deep research, and working with spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented and able to differentiate between quality and noise in data
- Eager to learn about B2B sales, marketing, and outreach funnels
- Proactive communicator and a team player
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with lead gen tools like Apollo, Hunter, ContactOut, BuiltWith, etc.
- Understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and B2B prospecting frameworks
- Interest in the eCommerce ecosystem and startup space
