About Kalvium Young Leaders Program (KYLP)

The Kalvium Young Leaders Program (KYLP) is an opportunity for young graduates to unlock their potential and accelerate their career to leadership profiles. Besides attractive placement packages, KYLP candidates work across various functional roles and create a meaningful impact. Within our flat and meritocratic structure, they directly collaborate with business leaders, including founders and functional heads, gaining extensive experience beyond their Years.

What will you be doing as a Kalvium Young Leader?

You will make Kalvium famous & renowned as the best and most desirable UG program in Computer Science to prospective students, their parents and the world at large. Your day to day tasks would be:-


Develop a profound understanding of current and future Kalvium customers to enhance engagement and product relevance.

Build and maintain a comprehensive data repository of target universities from the ground up, serving as the foundation for outreach initiatives.
Design and implement a content strategy tailored for digital platforms to drive the outreach program, working closely with the marketing team.

Generate and develop informative, educational, and persona-targeted content ideas in partnership with the marketing team to amplify engagement.

Actively monitor social media channels to track customer sentiment, identify trends, gain insights, and effectively manage Kalvium’s online reputation.

Continuously refine value propositions and positioning to strengthen product-market fit and assess go-to-market strategies for effective market penetration
