Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore (On-site only)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays

Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience or deep interest in influencer marketing and creator partnerships
Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
Creative thinking + data-driven mindset for campaign performance tracking
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Prior startup experience is a big plus
Experience with campaign reporting, tracking ROI, and using influencer platforms/tools is a bonus

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

Identifying and reaching out to influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Negotiating, onboarding, and managing influencer partnerships
Coordinating briefs, deliverables, and timelines
Tracking campaign results, maintaining databases, and optimizing future campaigns
Collaborating with content and design teams to align messaging
Constantly exploring new formats and creator communities for user growth
