Full job description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Leader to take full ownership of our digital marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, and manage a high-performing team. This role requires a data-driven growth marketer who can execute end-to-end campaigns across SEO, paid media, email marketing, and other digital channels while aligning closely with the sales and leadership teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand the business, products and services, the users/customers of the business.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead a team of Marketing Specialists and develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company brands/service and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices, and accordingly adjust email and advertising campaigns to build successful strategies
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Drive and execute marketing validation tests and target group validation test through a variety of marketing channels.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives and campaigns with tracking and analysis, optimize accordingly and assess against goals
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
- At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing, branding, developing marketing campaigns, or related roles out of which 2-4 years should be as a leader managing digital marketing team & contribution in lead generation.
- Experience working with International/Western brands and audiences will be preferred.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Desire to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Extensive knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, WebTrends).
- Extensive knowledge in marketing tools such as Hubspot, Zoho
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Extensive experience in organic search optimization and SEO planning.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
