Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert leads.
2.Create, test, and optimize email templates, subject lines, and content to maximize open rates and conversions.
3.Segment and maintain email lists for targeted campaigns.
4.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
5.Ensure email campaigns comply with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
6.Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align email strategies with overall marketing goals.
7.Implement automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
Specification:
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive email content.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and A/B testing.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email design is a plus.
