Digital Marketing Project Manager
Location: Hybrid
Department: Project Management / Digital Media
About the Role: Pride India is a boutique firm looking for a long-term candidate to cater to the operational needs of our organization. We seek passionate and dynamic individuals who are eager to grow with us and contribute positively to our success. We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Project Manager to manage workflows and coordinate cross-functional teams—not to perform digital marketing tasks. This role is execution-focused, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and team coordination are on track across departments like E-commerce, Creative Media, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and monitor digital media and e-commerce projects across departments.
● Ensure smooth coordination between teams working on content, listings, and assets for platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay (EBC, A+ content, product pages, etc.).
● Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are met.
● Keep stakeholders informed through timely updates and proactive communication. ● Manage team productivity, highlight risks, and resolve roadblocks.
● Maintain organized project documentation and reporting tools.
Requirements:
● Background in digital marketing or digital media (hands-on execution not required).
● Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) and related tools (EBC, A+ content, etc.).
● Strong communication, organization, and multi-team coordination skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage project flow effectively.
● Good with Excel
● Knowledge of Asana is a plus
Job Type: Hybrid
Salary Range: ₹6 LPA to ₹8 LPA (Base Pay, subject to TDS deductions)
Incentives: Performance bonuses up to 10% of base pay, medical benefits, and additional financial incentives.
