We’re on the lookout for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge in shaping our digital presence, campaign execution, and content strategies across various in-house projects and brands.

If you're a Social Media Strategist who can think, plan, post, promote, and perform—someone who doesn't just follow trends but creates them—then we want you! Bonus points if you’re AI-savvy and ready to innovate.

What You'll Do:

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Lead day-to-day management of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & Facebook
  • Develop engaging monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
  • Coordinate with design and video teams to bring posts, reels, and stories to life

Digital Marketing & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan and run Meta & Google Ads (targeting, budgeting, optimization)
  • Support funnel development and conversion-focused digital strategies
  • Implement basic SEO/SEM best practices for better reach and visibility
  • Utilize tools (and AI where relevant) to improve content delivery and campaign performance.

Workflow & Collaboration

  • Work with interns or team assistants to delegate and manage weekly deliverables
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with designers/editors for timely execution
  • Share weekly reports, campaign metrics, and creative insights with leadership

Analytics & Growth

  • Monitor KPIs like engagement, reach, and ROI across platforms
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and improvements using insights
  • Keep strategies fresh and aligned with current digital trends

What You Bring:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and analytics dashboards
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and performance-driven marketing
  • Familiarity with tools (including AI-powered platforms) for scheduling, analytics, or optimization
  • A proactive, organized, and ownership-driven work ethic
  • Strong communication skills and creative instincts
  • Leadership potential and comfort working in fast-paced teams
