Working in the Australian Time Zone (4:30/5:30 hours ahead of India)

A well-established, Australian-based educational organization that specializes in supporting K-12 students in academic development, creative writing, and public speaking, is looking for a skilled Education Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, the ability to work independently, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

SHOULD have good command in English and accent to deal with Australian clients

Skills in Digital Marketing like Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google etc

Backend Administration Task- Student database, Teacher allocation, Book format and Order etc

Customer Service- Liaising with Parents and Teachers

Provide outstanding customer service when communicating with parents, teachers, and students and Administration tasks.

Good with multitasking and working under pressure

Excellent skill with MSWord and Excel and computer usage.

Experience in social media marketing and graphic design.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Strong academic background from school and university.

Sales experience is preferred.
