Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst focused on AI Transformation, you will lead the implementation of AI across departments such as sales, operations, finance, and marketing. You’ll automate data workflows, uncover key insights, and build AI-powered dashboards that streamline decision-making and drive performance.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data and AI to solve real-world problems and create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Integration & Automation:
Partner with AI consultants to deploy tools for data scraping, lead scoring, performance tracking, and forecasting.
Data Management & Quality Assurance:
Build and maintain reliable databases ensuring accurate information flows across all business units.
AI-Powered Dashboards:
Design dynamic dashboards integrating multiple platforms (e.g., JustEat, UberEats, Deliveroo, Xero) for unified business intelligence.
Advanced Analytics & Insights:
Analyze complex data sets to identify improvement opportunities across onboarding, operations, and marketing ROI.
Performance Monitoring:
Set up automated alerts and reports to monitor KPIs and respond to underperformance quickly.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with sales, finance, ops, and marketing teams to embed AI and data tools into decision-making workflows.
Process Improvement:
Drive automation initiatives in sales outreach, financial reporting, and marketing analytics.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years experience in data analytics
Proven skills in SQL, Python, Excel, and tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau
Expertise in building integrated dashboards and managing large datasets
Strong command over AI tools, automation platforms, and OCR/AI-driven finance automation
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)

Preferred Competencies:

Familiarity with ICON AI or similar platforms
Experience in sales automation, performance tracking, and customer segmentation tools
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Excellent communication skills to present insights to diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, agile teams
