Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Website Content Writer to join our team. You will play a key role in crafting clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content that reflects our brand voice and educates our audience about mental wellness, workplace health.

Key Responsibilities

Write, edit, and update content for Refill Health’s website (landing pages, blogs, service pages, FAQs, etc.)
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align content with visual and strategic goals
Ensure brand consistency, tone, and voice across all content
Research mental health trends, corporate wellness insights, and behavioral science topics
Optimize existing website content for readability and SEO performance
Monitor web traffic and engagement metrics to refine content strategy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in website or digital content writing (portfolio required)
Strong understanding of SEO writing techniques and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Yoast)
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to write in a concise, engaging, and accessible tone
Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines
