Join our team as a Web Consultant, where you’ll lead the promotion and sales of website development, CRM integrations, and SaaS-based digital tools to businesses across India.
This is a fully remote role for a results-oriented individual who thrives on building client relationships, identifying business needs, and delivering impactful web and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert new business opportunities by offering web development, CRM integration, and SaaS solutions tailored to Indian B2B clients.
- Prospect, qualify, and engage leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth consultations, virtual meetings, and product walkthroughs to understand client challenges and propose suitable digital strategies.
- Own the entire sales process – from initial outreach to deal negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities using CRM and sales tools.
- Collaborate with internal product, tech, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth implementation.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance KPIs and revenue goals.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business, upselling, and referrals.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 1 year of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in web design, IT services, CRM, or SaaS products.
- Proven success selling to Indian business clients and understanding their unique digital transformation needs.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written), rated 4+ out of 5 – articulate and persuasive in virtual meetings.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems, lead generation platforms, and online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- A self-starter who excels in a remote work environment and thrives under minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills – capable of engaging C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Performance-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
