Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Collections team, responsible for recovering overdue accounts and ensuring the highest levels of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to secure payment and maximize recovery on overdue Credit Management (CM) accounts.

Analyze customer account risk and make informed decisions to balance recovery with maintaining customer satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to compliance regulations, productivity standards, and transactional quality goals.

Work effectively in a 24/7 shift environment.
Qualifications
-
Graduate with 1–6 years of experience in international BPO voice processes.

Prior experience in Sales or Collections is a plus.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
