Qualifications

5+ years of experience in working with software development projects
Strong understanding of software development processes, software design, and programming languages
Proficient in creating comprehensive and detailed business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specification
Knowledge of database systems, networking, and system architectures
Ability to analyze complex data and processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Comfortable with data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends and make data-driven decisions
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the development team
Proficient in research related to the industry and customer business and competition
