Job Description

We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers who can conduct one-on-one or group tuition classes either online or at their own residence. This role is ideal for individuals who love teaching and want to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and structured tuition sessions based on student needs
Conduct classes online (Zoom/Google Meet) or from your home
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and practice material
Track student progress and share regular feedback with parents
Maintain attendance and performance records
Adjust teaching methods according to student learning styles and goals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory for skilled tutors)
Strong command over subject(s) you wish to teach
Experience in tutoring or teaching (online or offline)
Good communication skills and fluency in English/Hindi/regional language
Laptop/PC with a stable internet connection for online classes (for online mode)
Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
