Job Title: TGT Hindi (Trained Graduate Teacher Hindi)Responsibilities:
- Teaching:
- Teach Hindi to students of middle or secondary classes.
- Prepare and deliver lessons to help students improve their language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Classroom Management:
- Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Maintain student interest and encourage participation during lessons.
- Student Assessment:
- Conduct tests and assessments to track student progress.
- Provide feedback to students and help them improve their language skills.
- Curriculum Development:
- Plan and design lesson plans based on the school’s curriculum.
- Incorporate different teaching methods, including storytelling, role-playing, and multimedia tools, to make learning fun and effective.
- Parent Communication:
- Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and areas for improvement.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
- Extra-Curricular Activities:
- Encourage students to participate in Hindi-related activities like debates, poetry recitation, or cultural events.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related field.
- Certification: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is often required.
- Experience: Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong command of the Hindi language, good communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
Personal Qualities:
- Passionate about teaching Hindi and inspiring students.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to work with young learners.
- Organized and capable of managing classroom activities efficiently.
