Job Summary

AmalgaMind is an innovative venture founded by an ISB alumna, offering Brain Enrichment and Communication Leadership Programs through live online sessions. We work with children aged 2 to 15 years across diverse geographies.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher with excellent English communication skills who loves working with children and can engage them with warmth, patience, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive online classes for children.
Communicate effectively with parents to share progress and address queries.
Assist in developing and refining class content and learning materials.
Occasionally support with admission counseling by explaining our programs to prospective parents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field (Education background preferred).
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
A passion for education and working with young learners.
Ability to connect with children and manage online classroom dynamics.
Professional, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.

We prefer candidates based in Delhi, as the role requires conducting offline sessions on certain days of the week in the city.
