Full job description
Your main responsibilities will include..
- Run quality checks on all our stores
A. Test core functionality and make sure everything works as it should
B. Review the user experience (UX) and identify areas that feel confusing, slow, or broken
C. Check newly imported products regularly for errors or inconsistencies
- Send the team your comments and make sure everyone knows what needs fixing
- Log your QA findings and activity clearly in internal sheets
- Report your work and insights to your manager
We would love to hear from you if…
- You have at least 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- You have hands-on experience with e-commerce webshops, specifically with Shopify stores
- You have a strong eye for user experience and functionality
- You are familiar with using Google Sheets or similar tools for tracking QA activity
- Prior experience in a similar role is essential
No coding required for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹420.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
