**Job Description: Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant**

**Location:** Saravanampatti

**Salary:** INR 25,000 - 50,000 per month

**Experience:** Minimum 3 years in real estate sales; 3-10 years in sales overall

**License Requirement:** Valid two-wheeler (bike) license and personal bike

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional client convincing skills, and expertise in deal closure. The role requires achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Actively prospect and generate leads to build a robust client pipeline.

- Convince and engage clients to understand their needs and present suitable real estate solutions.

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct property site visits and provide detailed information to clients.

- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.

- 3-10 years of total experience in sales (real estate or related fields).

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals effectively.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-convincing skills.

- Valid two-wheeler (bike) license and ownership of a personal bike for client visits.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

- Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and handle objections effectively.
