Job Title: Senior E-Commerce Seller Account Executive

Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)

Work Hours: Night Shift (Aligned to USA Business Hours – 9 PM to 5 AM IST)

Salary: ₹40,000/month

About the Role:

5 Core Inc. is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Seller Account Executive with at least 3 years of proven experience managing seller accounts on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be performance-driven, have strong communication skills, and be capable of handling both sales growth initiatives and daily operational troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth:

Drive sales through content optimization, keyword targeting, and campaign improvements.

Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for increasing sales and improving rankings.

Create and manage pricing, deals, and promotional strategies.

Daily Troubleshooting:

Resolve issues like listing errors, policy warnings, stranded inventory, and customer escalations.

Work closely with Amazon/Walmart/eBay support teams to resolve account or listing problems.

Monitor and maintain account health KPIs (Order Defect Rate, IPI, late shipment rate, etc.).

Marketplace Management:

Manage multiple marketplace portals and keep listings updated and compliant.

Coordinate with internal logistics, inventory, and customer service teams.
