Function Overview:
The Global Servicing – GTLS MIS & Analytics team has seen substantial growth and provides in-depth reporting and analytics support to stakeholders across the U.S. and 23 international markets.
As part of the Reporting team, the successful candidate will contribute to global reporting, dashboarding, and performance analytics aimed at improving decision-making and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities

Provide maintenance and enhancement support to existing MIS (Management Information Systems).

Generate and distribute accurate and timely management reports, both periodic and ad hoc.

Develop and document SOPs for MIS processes to ensure smooth operations.

Design and develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and other BI tools.

Create SQL/Hive/Lumi queries and procedures to support data extraction and reporting.

Translate stakeholder needs into actionable reports and visuals.

Identify and communicate business risks and opportunities through analytical insights.

Collaborate in cross-functional meetings and work with global stakeholders across various functions.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive reporting automation.

Leverage tools such as Genesys, eWFM, Tableau, SQL, Hive, Lumi, and Cornerstone to deliver actionable insights and enhance performance reporting.

Troubleshoot issues, analyze data for process improvements, and recommend solutions for efficiency.

Act as a self-starter with the ability to execute independently and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in creating dashboards using Tableau.

Proficiency in SQL/Hive/Lumi for data extraction and reporting.

Working knowledge of WFM tools like eWFM is preferred.

Experience with performance reporting, automation, and data visualization.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills – must be comfortable interacting with global stakeholders.

Ability to multitask and navigate matrix environments with minimal supervision.

Experience in documentation and SOP creation for MIS processes.

Background in working with reporting tools such as Genesys, Cornerstone, and other business intelligence platforms.
