Working Model: Hybrid

The working model will follow a hybrid approach, with 2 days of working from home and 3 days working from the office.

A day in the role:

As a SailPoint Consultant, you'll collaborate with clients to design tailored IAM solutions. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with diverse teams, troubleshoot system performance, lead Agile projects, and mentor junior analysts. Your expertise will ensure seamless access and have a positive impact on clients' security.

What you'll do:

Design, deploy, implement, and integrate SailPoint with critical applications and infrastructure by providing timely, high-quality client service, meeting or exceeding client expectations, and coordinating consulting work plan and deliverables.
Lead end-to-end deployment, integration, and optimization of SailPoint solutions in diverse client infrastructures. This includes troubleshooting, implementing, and configuring technical components.
Manage and deliver client engagements, ensuring quality and value addition.
Train and mentor entry-level professionals in IAM concepts.
Take charge of project services and incidents as an escalation point while collaborating on multiple IAM projects, ensuring they meet business needs.
Conduct research to address customer challenges effectively using knowledge of competitive solutions in SailPoint
Assist Business Analysts in documenting detailed functional and technical requirements.
Architect the solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise, while ensuring timely, high-quality client service, and effective coordination of the consulting work plan and deliverables.
Develop procedures, documentation, workflow diagrams, and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activities.

Requirements

What you'll bring:

3-5 years of experience with SailPoint implementations with client faced experience, in complex and diverse customer environments
Crafted technical solutions by installing, integrating, and deploying identity management, access management, and access governance tools into existing client setups
Managed projects throughout the SDLC, showcasing leadership and adaptability
Thriving in dynamic settings, excelling independently while aligning with evolving business needs
Demonstrated expertise in implementing SailPoint solutions, engaging with clients in complex environments
Thorough knowledge and implementation experience of IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA platforms
Adaptability to new technologies/tools as per business requirements, including upcoming IDM tools
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, Java, and PowerShell will be an added advantage
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Exceptional communication skills to convey intricate technical concepts clearly to both clients and junior analysts
Holding accreditations for identity tools showcases commitment to staying update
