About the Role: Product Analyst

We are seeking a Product Analyst with strong experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Biotechnology to support product strategy, optimization, and delivery. You’ll bridge business, data, and product teams to provide insights that shape development decisions and drive success across clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, scientists, clinicians, commercial teams) to analyze and document product requirements.
Conduct market, user, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in Life Sciences.
Translate scientific and business data into actionable insights for product strategy and prioritization.
Track product metrics, KPIs, and feedback loops using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Analyze clinical data, publications, trial outcomes, and real-world evidence (RWE).
Work with engineering and UX teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
Enable data-informed decisions across regulatory, commercial, and clinical areas.
Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and executive audiences.
Serve as a liaison between scientific users, business leads, and technical teams.
Support go-to-market strategy, including product positioning and value proposition based on analytical insights.

Basic Qualifications

One of the following:

Master’s degree + 3–4 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree + 5–8 years of experience
Diploma + 7–9 years of experience

Must-Have Skills

3–6 years as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst in Life Sciences, Biotech, or Healthcare
Strong understanding of drug development, clinical research, or medical device lifecycles
Ability to work with clinical data, scientific publications, and regulatory documentation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiar with Agile, JIRA, Confluence, and product lifecycle tools
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect science with strategy
Quick learner, detail-oriented, and well-organized

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or Health Informatics
Experience with clinical trials, lab systems, or digital health platforms
Understanding of regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, EMA, GxP)
Knowledge of RWE, EHR, PROs
Certifications Preferred:
- AWS Certified Data Engineer
- Databricks Certificate
- Scaled Agile SAFe
