Job Summary
Looking for an enthusiastic kindergarten/ pre-school teacher to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children. Teaching kindergarten includes planning, implementing and assessing lessons. You will teach children with patience and creativity. Kindergarten teacher duties include preparing teaching plan and using activities and instructional methods provided to motivate each and every student.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design and follow a complete teaching plan on a daily basis
Organise learning material and resources
Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art,outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information duringPTM’s
Assess each student on a regular basis for their performance and progress to ensure they aremastering the skills.
Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
Cooperate with administration and management.
Adherence to policies of school and ensure compliance at all times.
Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
Host & Conduct Online Classes, as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven working experience as a kindergarten teacher, kindergarten assistant or teacher aide
Knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practices
Creative and artistic teaching abilities
Teaching and organisation skills
Patience and flexibility
Strong communication skills – English and Local language
Under Graduate degree with/ without Montessori certificate
Knowledge in using computers and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams,etc)
Willing to Learn new things as per the classroom requirement

Minimum working duration - 7 hours (08:45 AM to 03:45 PM) - Physical Schooling
