Full job description
Operations:
- Identify and onboard strategic vendors and partners to support the expansion of our product offerings.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners, negotiating favorable terms and long-term agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance, implementing measures to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and alignment with brand standards.
Logistics:
- Manage customer orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
- Liaise with courier and delivery partners to facilitate smooth shipments and promptly resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain and regularly update Excel-based inventory and order tracking sheets for accurate reporting.
- Monitor shipment statuses, track potential delays, and troubleshoot logistics challenges effectively.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing management of new logistics and delivery partners.
- Collaborate closely with the customer support team to address and resolve order fulfillment concerns.
