About this Role:
We're looking for a skilled Operations Analyst with 1-3+ years of experience in strong data and business development skills to join our fast-paced team. This role blends operational analysis with client-facing growth responsibilities.

Must Have:

0-3+ years of experience in operations, business development
Strong analytical skills, especially working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and CRMs
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Experience supporting or executing business development tasks (lead tracking, outreach coordination, client follow-ups)
Ability to own operational workflows end-to-end and solve problems independently
Startup mindset – self-driven, adaptable, and execution-focused
