Requirements

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required; a degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
Valid teaching certification or license as required by state regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of varying backgrounds.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Previous teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
