Job Title: Remote Music Teacher (US Shift - Early Morning)

Job Type: Part-Time | Location: Remote | Compensation: Hourly (Competitive, based on experience)

Sapthora is an innovative EdTech platform committed to making quality education accessible globally. We are looking for passionate and skilled Music Teachers to join our growing team and inspire students through engaging and interactive online classes.

Role Overview:
As a Music Teacher, you will conduct virtual music lessons for students based in the US. This role requires early morning availability (IST) to align with US time zones. Your goal will be to instill a love for music while building foundational skills in instruments, vocals, or music theory.

Time Slot:

US Shift: Early Morning (IST timing)
Flexible scheduling options within the time window

Remuneration:

Hourly basis
Competitive per-hour pay (based on experience and expertise)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver structured, engaging music classes online
Customize lessons according to student needs and proficiency levels
Track and assess student progress regularly
Foster a positive and supportive virtual learning environment
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth session delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Music or relevant certification
Prior experience teaching music (online or offline)
Proficient in at least one instrument or vocal training
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong tech skills and familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Availability during US early morning hours (IST)

Nice to Have:

Experience with US curriculum
Ability to teach multiple instruments or genres
Familiarity with music software or digital tools
