We are seeking an Online Analyst - CM with 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and proficiency in speaking English. The ideal candidate will have a background in ISV or Hi-Tech domains. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the companys success.

Qualifications
