The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of mathematics concepts, excellent teaching skills, and a proven track record of helping students achieve academic success. Responsibilities include creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing personalized instruction to meet individual learning needs. A degree in Mathematics or a related field and prior tutoring experience are preferred.
