About Us:
Proactive Financial Hub is a growing mortgage broking and financial services business. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Writer & Operations Associate to support our operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Writing: Assist mortgage brokers in preparing and submitting loan applications using CRM systems (MYCRM, ApplyOnline).
- Client Coordination: Liaise with clients via email and phone to collect documents, provide updates, and ensure smooth processing.
- Administrative Support: Perform back-office tasks such as data entry, compliance checks, follow-ups with lenders, and file documentation.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain client records, pipelines, and documentation accurately.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: General support for day-to-day operations and marketing admin (e.g., email templates, Google reviews, etc.).
Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ year experience in loan processing, finance admin, or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, spreadsheets)
- Prior experience in the Australian mortgage/financial industry is highly desirable
