About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data structures, be proficient in analytical tools, and have the ability to present findings in a clear, actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools to support business insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs.
Assist in designing and maintaining data systems and databases.
Generate ad hoc reports as requested by leadership or departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Experience with Python or R is a plus.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and the ability to translate data into understandable insights.
