Job Summary

The Junior Business Analyst will support cross-functional teams by analyzing data, identifying trends, and contributing to process improvements. This role requires a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows
Collaborate with internal teams to identify business needs and improvement opportunities
Assist in data cleaning, validation, and reporting using Excel, SQL, or BI tools
Generate regular dashboards and performance reports
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system implementation tasks
Create presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and decision-makers
Monitor and track KPIs to support operational and strategic goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role (internships and project work count)
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
