Full job description
e are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather, document, and analyze business requirements, support solution design, and help stakeholders make informed decisions to drive project success and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Create clear business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, product, marketing, operations) to develop solutions.
- Support project managers in planning, execution, testing, and change management.
- Develop and execute test cases, and assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Monitor and report project progress and performance metrics.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes and systems.

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
