Role: IT and AI Outbound & Inbound Sales

Location: Remote / Hyderabad

Timings: 9Pm to 6 AM – Night Shift - PST Zone

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT & AI Sales Professional with a strong background in Managed Services Provider (MSP) sales. This role involves outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals—with a focus on converting qualified leads into long-term agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting
Execute targeted outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email
Set qualified appointments with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, IT Managers)
Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion
Engage and qualify inbound leads
Convert leads into signed agreements/contracts
Sales Process Management
Own the sales funnel from discovery call to closing
Work with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track pipeline
Client Communication & Follow-up
Build relationships and trust with prospects
Deliver tailored product demos and follow-up communications
