Role: IT Analyst
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate with 0-2 Years of Relevant Experience
Location: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements communicated by internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate resources to determine that no gaps exist and that the Development Team will be able to
convert the business requirements into a working solution.
- Coordinates product activities across architecture, engineering, support, development and the client
(as appropriate) to ensure service levels are met
- Coordinates and drives compliance with change control policies and processes across all products
- Participates in product maintenance activities
- Provides production support for internal and client use of the product
- Facilitates client case management across functional teams for product
- Interacts with Business Analysts during the software build or configuration and testing process
- Performs technical application configuration and configure /run reports at user request; Researches
product behavior
- Designs and/or executes unit, system and integration test plans for new
developments/releases/reports
- Maintains technical documentation based on standard operating procedures in support of the assigned
application and/or client account
- Identifies the common causes of defects, prioritize them and systematically remove them
Must Have…!!
- The candidate should be a Graduate with 0-2’ Years of experience in the relevant field
- Good analytical and technical skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to reach mutually acceptable solutions
- Excellent documentation skills
- Work collaboratively with clients, IT department, and managerial staff
- Analyse ongoing business processes and create optimization strategies
- Monitor business processes and predict future requirements and/or problem
- Experience in creating reports and presentations
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Solution oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong client service focus; responsive to request and capable of maintaining a sense of urgency in
resolving issues
- Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Projects. Advance knowledge of Power
Bi/ Captivate will be preferred.
- Data driven approach. Passionate about learning and implementing new analytical tools and support
innovative practices.
