Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Research Analyst to join our dynamic research team. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth research and analysis on a variety of financial instruments and markets, generate insightful reports and presentations, and contribute to investment decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on a range of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other asset classes.
- Analyze financial statements, industry trends, macroeconomic factors, and competitive landscapes to identify investment opportunities and assess risks.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance, value businesses, and assess investment returns.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations, including investment recommendations, risk assessments, and market commentary.
- Monitor market trends, news, and regulatory developments, and communicate relevant information to the investment team.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and other stakeholders to provide research support and insights.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of investment databases and research tools.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Finance from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- Certification: Must have or have a determination to pass the NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) examination.
- Experience: No previous experience required
