???? Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Financial Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in business analysis—preferably with financial domain knowledge—and a keen interest in translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. This role will involve stakeholder collaboration, requirement gathering, testing, and continuous improvement within ERP environments.

????️ Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with government agencies and internal teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Facilitate meetings/workshops to provide project updates and align business goals.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and process flows.
Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to ensure technical alignment.

Documentation & Design Support:

Create and maintain requirement specifications, functional design documents, and user stories.
Contribute to solution design reviews and define integrations and dependencies across features.
Maintain project documentation including business cases, training manuals, and system documentation.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Develop, update, and execute test scripts; log and manage defects.
Perform system and regression testing to ensure solution quality.
Work with the technical team for defect resolution and process improvement.

Client & Technical Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact between client and development teams.
Ensure all project deliverables comply with regulatory standards (federal, state, local).
Support knowledge transfer, training, and issue resolution post-deployment.
Drive initiatives that align with the product roadmap and strategic goals.

✅ Required Qualifications:

2–4 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
Experience with Financial ERP software is a strong plus.
Background in IT services or consulting environments preferred.
Proficient in requirement gathering, process documentation, and use case creation.
Strong experience in test case design, script execution, and defect tracking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with business analysis and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
