Seeking passionate English Literature teachers who can bring comparative literature, analytical skills, and a love for the written word in the lives of students. ## What You’ll Do:

- Teach Literature to Grades 7–12 (IB, IGCSE, Cambridge, and other international boards).
- Develop students’ skills in close reading, textual analysis, literary devices, and comparative literature.
- Guide students in writing analytical/reflective/discursive essays, thesis, and structured responses using frameworks like T.E.E.L. and PEEL/PETAL.
- Inspire students to explore diverse texts across genres, contexts, and cultures.

## Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in English Literature or related field.
- Prior experience teaching IB, IGCSE, or Cambridge Literature is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of literary theory, analysis, and genre studies.
- Ability to teach comparative literature and guide students through complex textual analysis.
- Excellent spoken English and strong online teaching skills.
- Digital teaching setup with a digital pen/writing pad (preferred).
- Reliable broadband internet (minimum 50 Mbps) with a backup connection.
- Energetic, student-focused, and collaborative attitude.

## Availability:

- Primarily Monday to Sunday, between 10:30 AM – 5 PM IST.
- Minimum commitment: 30 teaching hours per week.
