Phonics World is a premier learning platform focused on early literacy and foundational skills for children aged 3–15 for English , Math & Science . With a structured curriculum, interactive resources, and dedicated teacher support, we help students become confident readers and learners.

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Teachers who can deliver engaging and effective lessons to young learners. You will use our structured curriculum and teaching resources to conduct sessions either online of offline at our Pune learning centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily 30 to 90-minute sessions as per the assigned schedule

Teach using curriculum, videos, worksheets, and activity kits.

Track student progress and share feedback with parents regularly

Maintain student engagement through interactive teaching methods

Attend training sessions and follow the company’s teaching guidelines

Qualifications:

Fresher / Prior experience in teaching is preferred.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Comfortable using digital tools for online teaching

Ability to engage and build rapport with young children

Passionate about early literacy and skill-building
